Sarah Beth is the founder of WIT and brings nearly a decade of experience in the water industry to its training and educational programs.
She created WIT with a focus on making industry education more engaging, approachable, and useful to the people actually doing the work.
Her goal is bigger than helping students memorize enough information to pass an exam. She wants operators to leave training with a stronger confidence in what they know.

Jason brings 25 years of water and wastewater experience as well as 8 years of experience as an instructor.
His greatest strength as an educator is his ability to take information from a textbook and turn it into something real.
Rather than simply teaching students what the book says, Jason connects technical and abstract concepts from the book to the situations operators actually encounter in the field.
